Move {custom} article to under a Guide.

How-To articles are leaf nodes.  {Custom} articles cannot exist under a How-To article.

Consider the following two options when addressing this error:

Option 1:  Change How-to to Topic Option 2:  Move custom article underneath a Topic or Guide
  1. Change article type from How-to to Topic.
 

 
►  {Custom} under Reference

Reference articles are leaf nodes.  {Custom} articles cannot exist under a Reference article.

Consider the following two options when addressing this error:

Option 1:  Change Reference to Topic Option 2:  Move custom article underneath a Topic or Guide
  1. Change article type from Reference to Topic.
 

 
►  {Custom} under Unclassified

Consider the following two options when addressing this error:

Option 1:  Change Unclassified article to Topic Option 2:  Move {custom} article underneath a Topic or Guide
  1. Change article type from (not set) to Topic.
 

 
►  {Custom} under {Custom}

{Custom} articles are leaf nodes.  {Custom} articles cannot exist under a {custom} article.

Consider the following two options when addressing this error:

Option 1:  Change top level custom article to Topic Option 2:  Move bottom level {custom} article under a Topic or Guide
  1. Change article type from {custom} to Topic.
 

 

If you are on MT4, you may have to replace IDF3 in the code above with IDF2.  To confirm whether you are on IDF2,  create a new category page and verify theIDF number.
