Like the live page subscription feature, enabling notifications on draft pages allows the interested user to not only stay up to date on the live page but also to changes on any drafts. Users can receive notification emails when a draft is edited, deleted, published, or has had its access restricted. An email is also sent when a tag has been updated or a file has been added, updated or deleted. Draft notifications might be specifically valuable for companies that have an intricate publishing or review process before ultimately approving content. Draft notifications allow all stakeholders and contributors to stay informed on changes and workflows.
