This article details how to configure workflows in MindTouch to integrate with your CRM system.

 

How to configure workflows in MindTouch


Step 1: Access the MindTouch control panel

  1.  Log in to MindTouch as admin user.
  2. On the MindTouch toolbar, navigate to Site tools > Control panel > System Settings > Integrations

Step 2: Configure your workflows

  1. Under Workflow Configurations (legacy), expand the configuration form for the workflow you want to configure.
  2. Enter the appropriate information in the form fields.
  3. Check the send email checkbox, to enable an email workflow.
  4. Click Save.
