Edit a user account

To change a user's username, display name, email address, password, and member seat and status, follow the steps in this article.


How to edit a user's account

  1. On the MindTouch toolbar, navigate to Site tools > Control panel.


  1. In the control panel, under Users & Groups, select Users.


  1. In the Actions column, click the Edit user icon.


  1. Update the user's information as necessary and click Save.


Inactivating a user does not delete a user's account. You will still be able to access an inactivated user's account information from the Users & Groups panel.
