Page privacy

Configure page visibility level

New pages created underneath a page automatically inherit the restrictions of its parent page.

To change the privacy level for a page or groups of pages:

  1. Navigate to the page you want to configure.
  2. On the MindTouch toolbar, select Options > Restrict access
  3. Select the appropriate privacy level for your page. To modify the privacy level for a whole section, select Apply restriction settings to subpages and choose to keep or overwrite subpage permissions.
  4. Click Save permission settings.
