  • Numbered list properties: Right-click within a numbered list and select Numbered List Properties.
    • In the Start field, you can specify a different number for the list item.
    • In the Type drop-down, you can select a different ordered list style (Lower Roman, Upper Roman, Lower Alpha, Upper Alpha, Decimal).
  • Bulleted list properties: Right-click within a numbered list and select Bulleted List Properties.
    • In the Type drop-down, you can select a different ordered list style (Circle, Disc, Square).

  • Text on a new line without breaking the list: Press shift + enter on your keyboard, add text on a blank line, and then press Enter to start the new list item.
  • Insert image without breaking the list: Press shift + enter on your keyboard, insert an image as usual, and then press Enter to start the new list item.
