This article details how to configure workflows in MindTouch to integrate with your CRM system.
How to configure workflows in MindTouch
Step 1: Access the MindTouch control panel
- Log in to MindTouch as admin user.
- On the MindTouch toolbar, navigate to Site tools > Control panel > System Settings > Integrations.
Step 2: Configure your workflows
- Under Workflow Configurations (legacy), expand the configuration form for the workflow you want to configure.
- Enter the appropriate information in the form fields.
- Check the send email checkbox, to enable an email workflow.
- Click Save.
