The only type of notification that Expert generates is to notify users of a change on a subscribed page. 

Subscription notifications are triggered when a page is edited, deleted, published, or has had its access restricted. A notification is also sent when a tag is updated or a file has been added, updated or deleted.

Notifications are sent via an automated email from a "no-reply" address directed to the subscribed user's registered email for each page that has changes.

The time presented in the subscription email is based your site's preferences. If you would like to change your site's time zone please contact the Expert Customer Support Team.
