Image shows up as grey box

Issue

• An image shows up as a grey box on a page when not logged in.
• An image shows up as a grey box on a page when logged in as a certain user.

Resolutions

The image is attached to a different page with stricter permissions that prevent the user from seeing it. There are two options to correct this:

1. Change the privacy permissions to Public or Semi-private on the page where the image is attached.
2. Attach the image to the page where you want the image to appear.
