Unable to section edit
Issue
Headings do not have the pencil icon to edit the associated section
Resolution
Section editing cannot be performed on Headings that are surrounded by HTML elements such as a <div>. Verify that the Heading you are trying to section edit is not surrounded by an HTML element by checking the source view of the page under View > Source.
