MindTouch for Salesforce integrations allows support agents to leverage MindTouch content while resolving cases without leaving the Salesforce interface.

Key functionality

  • Auto search - Automatically displays search results based on the submitted case subject field.
  • Search - Manually search MindTouch content from within Salesforce.
  • View and navigate - View and navigate MindTouch content from within Salesforce.
  • Link-to-case - Link a MindTouch page to a custom object called "Related Articles".
  • Insights - View customer activity of MindTouch searches and pages viewed before ticket submission.
  • Create and edit - Author and update MindTouch content from within Salesforce (only with Capture Manager for Service Cloud)
