This article outlines how to configure page privacy, i.e. whether a page on your MindTouch site is visible to the public or will require special access.
What you need to have in place
- Your page(s) created.
How to configure your page visibility level
Follow the steps below to configure the privacy (visibility) level of your page:
- Navigate to the page you want to configure.
- On the MindTouch toolbar, select Options > Restrict access.
- Select the appropriate privacy level for your page.
If you are setting the privacy level for a whole section, check the Apply restriction settings to subpages and choose the appropriate option.
- Click Save permission settings.
New pages created underneath a page automatically inherit the restrictions of its parent page. You will NOT need to individually set restrictions for every new article you create under a restricted page.
