If you are a content manager, you may find the MindTouch user contribution report useful in being able to view any author's (including your own) page creations and revisions. Activities are sorted by date and may provide an in-depth look into page changes if authors are diligent in
using editor comments. The recent contributions displayed are page revisions, page restriction changes, pages moved, pages renamed, attachments changed, tags changed, and page reversions.
View your own contributions
Click on your user name on the MindTouch toolbar and select My Contributions.
View another user's contributions
Navigate to Site tools > Dashboard > Reporting and click on User contributions.
- Enter a Username and click the magnifying glass or press Enter. You can also use the MindTouch auto complete option that appears as you type in the user's name.
- Click on the username to display the results.
- Displayed results are displayed sorted by date. Underneath each date you'll see the title of the revised pages. The Time column contains the time the revision occurred. The Author column shows a user's display name (if the user has one set). The Revision summary column details the most recent changes for that time frame.
- If multiple revisions occur to a single page on a single day, the details of those revisions collapse into a single row. To expand and see all details of the revision, click the time stamp. Once expanded you'll be able to see every revision that has occurred during that specific time, with the earliest starting at the bottom.
