Subscribe to pages

This page applies to:MindTouch Responsive

When you want to keep in touch with any article changes in MindTouch, page subscriptions allow you to do just that. Get notified when subscribed-to pages (any categories, guides or articles) have been modified in any way. Whether you use an article in your day-to-day operations and simply want to make sure you always have the most up-to-date information or whether you want to be notified of changes to trigger an editorial review, notifications can be incredibly helpful to keep an eye on your content and on your workflows. Using notifications also keeps you in the loop when people have comments or feedback for you. As soon as a change to a page occurs, MindTouch sends you an email, so you have the visibility of real-time changes or comments, with each page receiving its own notification. Although we recommend to review a page's revision history, users who prefer to track hard data through email can do so by simply archiving the notification messages and retrieving them when the need arises.

  1. Navigate to the page you want to subscribe to.
  2. Click the Page Notifications  icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page and select the appropriate radio button to set your subscription:

Tip note   TIP:   If you are on a guide and category and want to receive notifications on all content in that guide or category, make sure to select This page and all subpages. To subscribe to all content on your site, navigate to your home page, click into each top-level category and click the Page Notifications icon.
