Whether you manually added a redirect or whether MindTouch added one behind the scenes due to a page having been copied or moved, there may be times you need to remove a redirect from a page:
If page A is redirecting to page B, but you now want to restore page A or create new content at A, you will need to remove the redirect on page A:
- Type the URL for page A into the browser's address bar and add
?redirect=noto the end of the URL. For example, if the page A URL is
www.domain.com/location/A, the URL should be typed as follows:
- On the MindTouch toolbar, click Edit to open page A.
- Delete the following text from the page:
- Click Save.
