This article reviews how to modify your MindTouch articles.

Edit an article

The MindTouch editor provides standard editorial tools. Content managers can change font size, italicize, bold, etc. in the MindTouch editor. Read about all available MindTouch editor functions

  1.  Navigate to the article you want to edit.
  2. Select Edit from the MindTouch toolbar. 


Word count

At the bottom left, the editor displays how many words and characters your article contains.

Edit summary

Once you have made your changes, it is always good practice to make notations on what you have edited in your documents. This will take the guess work out when you are working on documents with others or when you go back in to make more changes.

Save your page

When you are ready to save the changes you have made, click Save:


Automatic saving

MindTouch also automatically save your changes in case your browser crashes or computer restarts so that you can return to the page and pick up where you left off. Note the Local save notification underneath the editor toolbar:
