Submit a case to MindTouch

If you need assistance with your MindTouch site and have an active Support plan, you can submit a MindTouch case in a variety of ways. Here are the methods available for contacting MindTouch. 
 

Submit a case

To submit a case to MindTouch Customer Success, simply navigate to success.mindtouch.com and click on "Submit Case" in the header:

From there you can complete the case form to submit your new case:

For ease, we highly recommend logging into success.mindtouch.com when submitting a case. Doing so will allow your contact information to be automatically added to the case submission form, making case submission even faster:

Once you have entered a subject for your case, you will see some article suggestions on the right-hand side that might help solve you:

If you still can't find what you're looking for you can submit your case. Your case will be triaged according to your support plan and severity, and a MindTouch Customer Success agent will follow up with you. Alternatively, you can also email support@mindtouch.com.
