Subsequent user not created due to error

Issue

• When adding multiple users, existing user triggers error and subsequent users are not added

Resolution

Remove the duplicate user that the error message identifies and submit again.

Cause

The addition of users is successful up until the duplicate user is encountered and the operation stops.
