Allow Domains to Access MindTouch with Outbound Firewall Rules

Some domains used by MindTouch are relevant to customers who need to allow traffic to and from a MindTouch site.
If your organization limits access to specific web entities, access to MindTouch sites can be granted by allowing IP addresses and domains. While MindTouch cannot provide IP addresses because they are subject to change without notice, the following domains are used by MindTouch as of January 14th, 2019:
a.mtstatic.comfiles.mtstatic.comcdn.mindtouch.usajax.mindtouch.comfonts.googleapis.comfonts.gstatic.comd37gvrvc0wt4s1.cloudfront.net<your MindTouch domain>ldap.mindtouch.us(only necessary if you're using LDAP authentication)
