CXOne Expert for CRM Touchpoint
Search filters will be maintained when conducting multiple searches within the Touchpoint.
When non-KCS articles are moved into a KCS hierarchy and then KCS is enabled, the article will get initial KCS tags (WIP, Internal) and Capture Manager will be visible on the page.
There is upcoming System Maintenance on June 11th at 8pm PST. As a result, the CXone Expert system will be down for about 60 minutes to deploy an infrastructure update. Capabilities are being added to extend data processing performance.

Fixed the issue where adding tags to a KCS-enabled article would cause the tags to be removed, and the article would revert to WIP confidence and Internal Visibility.

Microsoft is sunsetting IE
Internet Explorer will no longer be supported for CXone Expert after June 30, 2022. Microsoft recommends switching to its Edge browser, or you can choose another supported browser.
